Instrustions:
  1. Use Addonprops > Props > Add Prop (JSON) > "PropName":"icewall_dragonseal","TextDict":"Embedded","LodDist":"500,0","SpecialAttr":"0","Flags":"12713984"
  2. Go to Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\, open PropList.txt > Add icewall_dragonseal > Save
  3. Get into game > Open Menyoo > Object Spooner > Spawn Entity into World > Object > Search then enter the keyword "icewall"
